Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks; warm in microwave for 30 seconds if cold.
- In a large bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Dice celery and shred lettuce; prepare any optional add-ins like avocado or tomatoes.
- Optional: Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15-20 seconds per side for pliability.
- Lay a tortilla flat, layer shredded lettuce, buffalo chicken mixture, diced celery, shredded cheddar cheese, and optional veggies.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up; secure with a toothpick if desired.
